Ingredients:
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine all the fruits: strawberries, grapes, kiwis, pineapple chunks, blueberries, mandarin oranges, and banana.
- If desired, drizzle the honey and fresh lime juice over the fruit mixture. Toss gently to coat.
- Chill the fruit salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, give the fruit salad a gentle stir. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
