Brownies Recipe

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar. Stir until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  6. Add the dry ingredients to the butter-sugar mixture and mix until just combined.
  7. If desired, fold in the chopped nuts.
  8. Pour the batter into the greased baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  10. Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
  11. Once cooled, cut into squares and serve. Enjoy your brownies!
